Our spa covers are built with aluminum c-channels for additional strength, we also use full-length closed-cell foam baffle gaskets to seal and insulate the entire length of the center hinge. Available with either 1.5lb expanded polystyrene foam (the Classic Silver line) or 2.0lb expanded polystyrene foam (the Classic Gold line) in the following thicknesses:

SILVER 3″ Flat, 1.5 lb Foam, R12 Rating Best for indoor or season use

SILVER 4″- 2″ Tapered, 1.5 lb Foam, R12 Rating Built to keep debris out while lowering running costs

SILVER 4″- 3″ Tapered, 1.5 lb Foam, R14 Rating Standard year-round cover

SILVER 5″- 3″ Tapered, 1.5 lb Foam, R16 Rating Most popular cover, maximum run-off, no pooling

SILVER 5″- 4″ Tapered, 1.5 lb Foam, R18 Rating

SILVER 6″- 4″ Tapered, 1.5 lb Foam, R20 Rating For the most extreme climates we serve, built for heavy snow area’s

The Classic Silver model carries a 2-year warranty and the Classic Gold comes with a 3-year warranty.

Inside Handles

When you have a standard lifter on your tub, inside handles provide a safe way to close your hot tub cover, instead of pulling on the baffle or your liner material to close the lid; you can use these handles to easily pull the cover back over from inside your hot tub:
