With over 35 years of experience in building hot tub covers (we are almost as old as the industry itself!) , we still enjoy the challenges presented by creating spa covers for the less-conventional designs being introduced by spa manufacturers. Among our specialties are covers designed for:

Speaker Covers

We created a special design for different types of hot tubs with raised speakers. We insulate them with closed cell foam that is adjustable/removable. We also include a soft foam “banana” which can be positioned to fill in any areas of steam escape around the speaker.

Jacuzzi Contoured and Sloped Models

We build the unusual covers for the J465, J470 and J480. They are a combination 5”-3”/4”-3” design for the J465 and a 5”-4”/4”-3” design for the J470/J480. Because of the way the lip is contoured, it’s not possible for a standard flat piece of foam to sit flat on the lip. The foam pads are attached to the underside of the sloped half of the cover These pads allow the cover to fill in the contoured areas to keep steam/heat from escaping. Please note that Jacuzzi has produced two versions of the cover for this model. One version has insulated foam pad surrounding the sloped part of the cover. The other version has the foam contoured so it fits somewhat like a cork. We build the foam pad version.

Coast Curve Models

Our covers for the sloped-back Coast Spas Apex Curve and Element Curve are specially designed to ensure optimal performance and insulation. Their unique design is fitted to the curved structure of the spa, allowing for a fit that prevents heat loss and protects against debris.

Round Covers

Crafting a round hot tub cover presents a unique set of challenges, primarily due to the need for precise measurements and an understanding of the need to make sure the cover fits easily for the entire circumference. Unlike rectangular hot tub covers, which can be more straightforward to measure, design and fabricate, a round cover must accommodate the full circumference of the tub while ensuring that it securely stays in place against wind and weather. Making sure that the skirt is ordered longer than shorter will help with this.
